Run 50 Miles Training Blog
This site as moved to it's own domain: Run50Miles.org
If you are RSS-knowledgeable, this is for you:
Run 50 Miles Feedburner RSS feed
Thanks for visiting, donating and supporting the Run 50 Miles project - now at: Run50Miles.org
Revision History:
I started run50miles.org as my first fund-raising project for homeless children in metro Atlanta. My goal was raise at least $2500 during the time that I trained for a 50 mile trail race, the Mountain Masochist 50 Mile Race in Lynchburg, VA.
The entire experience from race training, to reaching, and exceeding, my fund raising goals, to actually running the race was something that I will never forget.
While I have gone on to run more and more ultras, and thus growing the run50miles.org web site, this particular racing experience at the Mountain Masochist will serve as one of the feats in which I am most proud.
